Physical Therapy
Hands-on PT, the way it should be done.
Manual therapy, dry needling, and movement work, sequenced to solve the problem instead of manage it. Direct access in NJ means no referral required.
Physical therapy at MobilityWoRx is built around two ideas: a real assessment, and treatment that actually changes something on day one.
Most pain doesn't have one cause. A nagging low back is usually some combination of how you load, how you breathe, how you sit, what you trained yesterday, and what you stopped training a year ago. So the first visit is mostly listening and looking: your story, your sport, your day, the way you move under load.
From there, treatment is hands-on first. Manual therapy and dry needling change tissue and tone in real time, which earns the right to ask the body to do harder things. Then movement work (calibrated, progressed, and tracked) is what keeps the change.
You leave each session having done something. Not just been evaluated. Not just stretched. Something you can feel.
